Market Pricing

You need a benchmark to negotiate.
Now you have one!

With SaaS PriceDesk, your organization gains visibility into the upper and lower bounds of a product's pricing and how its current rate compares.

Every listing identifies the vendors that provide the software. Accompanying negotiation and contracting guidance helps establish agreements that combine quality software with sound terms, conditions, service, and reporting.

The top and bottom of the market for a product — and a marker showing where your current rate sits between them.

Where the data comes from

1

We collect

Public contracts and board awards, federal and state records, contracts customers upload, and pricing vendors submit through RFPs run on this platform.

2

We normalize

Every price is reduced to per user, per month, so a flat annual fee and a per-seat rate become comparable. Bundles are recorded but never treated as one product's price.

3

You benchmark

See the low, average and high for a product, how many sources sit behind it, and where your own quote or current contract falls.

4

You negotiate

Walk in with a target and a comparable you can name. A specific number is a fact a vendor has to answer.

What we publish, and what we never do

We publish ranges. Low, average and high for a product, across multiple sources. That gives you a defensible band to negotiate within.

We never publish what a named organization paid. No buyer is identified and no individual transaction is exposed — including yours.

Vendors are named; buyers are not. A price is useless without knowing whose price it is, so vendor names appear in benchmark data after sign-in. Vendors are told this before they submit and accept it as a condition of responding.
